The Ichikawa Complex houses two certified scales for calculating any given load by determining the difference in weight between an empty vehicle and a loaded vehicle. A 40-ton weigh scale is primarily used for tank trucks. A 50-ton weigh scale installed in 2000 also accommodates ISO containers. These scales allow us to measure the weight of various types of large motor vehicles.
Measurement certification business
We conduct inspections according to the Measurement Act and issue strict measurement certificates that are consistent with the standards applicable to approvals and licenses issued by the prefectural governor.
